"We declare that human rights are for all of us, all the time: whoever we are and wherever we are from; no matter our class, our opinions, our sexual orientation," said former UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.

On the 10th day of December 1948, the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This was the result of the experience of the Second World War (Source: http://www.un.org/.../universal-declaration.../index.html)

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is an affirmation of the Member States to uphold the fundamental rights of the human person as stated in the Preamble of the said declaration," Whereas the Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in co-operation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms" (Universal Declaration of Human Rights).

Today, as the world celebrates the 72nd Universal Declaration of Human Rights, ehtCenter for Youth Networking and Development Initiatives, Inc. (CYNDII) is in unity with everyone in amplifying the call to uphold Human Rights. With this, CYNDII conducted this simple activity where it distributed Lollipops with articles of Human Rights. May this simple effort remind everyone about their rights—OUR RIGHTS!
